• What is your favorite Bible Verse?

This may sound simple, but John 3:16. Why? Because ".. for God so loved the world..." This says for God so loved the world... all the world.. not just part, or a select few who might have the same thoughts and opinions that each of us might have. Unconditional love for everyone.

• What is your favorite thing about being the director of First Music ?

Getting others excited about worship and the use of endless types of music and hymns that are available, old and new. When it comes to worship, there is no spectator section. We should come ready, in heart and mind, to participate, and learn. 

• What would your dream for First Music be, no matter the cost or how complicated it is?

I would love to see the sanctuary renovation project come to fruition, including the update to the organ. Making the chancel area more flexible would only enhance our worship gatherings and special events, and would foster space for new ensembles.  It can be done!
